Flight Request Form
Ron enjoys introducing
students to flying as a pilot participant in the Young
Eagles Program. The goal of the Young Eagles Program is to provide young people who
are interested in aviation an introduction to flying. The program is sponsored by the EAA, whose goal is to provide one million young people with
a free airplane ride by the year 2003--the 100th anniversary of powered flight and the
50th anniversary of EAA. Pilots share the "why's" and "how's" of
aviation while offering each interested young person with a positive aviation experience.
Ron also enjoys taking teachers on a local flight, as part of
the Airplane Owners and Pilots Association's Fly-A-Teacher Program. After
all, Ron's teachers were the ones who encouraged his interests in science and math,
providing the skills he needed to earn his pilot's license! The purpose of the AOPA's
Fly-A-Teacher program is to introduce educators to general aviation and the associated
science, mathematics, geography, and social aspects of aviation.

Ron
is a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight
and AirLifeLine. These organizations
provide free, non-emergency air transportation to medical patients and their
family members who cannot access conventional transportation.
Are you interested in flying? If you'd like to join Ron on a flight around the
Dallas-Fort Worth area, please complete the request form below and submit it for
consideration. The flight is free. Students, educators, and other interested individuals
are invited.
