Single Loaf Whole Wheat Dough

Amount	Measure	Ingredient and Preparation Method
2/3	Cup	Water, heated to 120° F (in our microwave)
2	Tbls	Canola Oil (room temperature)
2	Tbls	Honey (Use the same measuring cup used for oil)
1	Ea	Large Egg, Beaten lightly (room temperature)
1	Cup	Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2	Cup	Better for Bread White Flour (Gold Medal)
2 1/2	Tsp	Vital Gluten
1/4	Tsp	Salt
1 1/2	Tsp	Bread Machine Yeast (Fleischmann's)

Special Tip

We use this quantity when we want to bake the bread in our machine. Since this recipe uses an egg, do not use the delayed start feature.
